Jet Ski & Utility 17 just cleared an assist with Station 23 (California) for an injured person on the Monongahela River. The patient was on the Fayette County side of the river at a rope swing when the individual fell and possibly injured their head. Chief 17-1 was conducting routine operations on the river with the Jet Ski when the call came in, and went enroute to provide initial patient care. Shortly after, Boat 23 arrived on scene and transported the patient to the California Wharf to a waiting Brownsville Ambulance Unit. Great work to all!
