The Stockdale Volunteer Fire Department was organized for the sole purpose of extinguishing fires and protecting life and property of all who reside in the community, those of the surrounding communities, as well as the people that pass through the communities of the Mid Mon-Valley in Southwestern Pennsylvania.

Vehicle Rescue training 11/24/2025

Last evening, firefighters finished up our series of trainings on vehicle rescue over the past few weeks, weβve been going over different techniques, scenarios, and equipment used in vehicle rescue and extrication. Last night we used our Genesis cutters/spreaders & Combi-tool to cut our donor vehicles. Not only does this let our firefighters learn on our equipment, it also exercises our equipment ...
