The Stockdale Volunteer Fire Department was organized for the sole purpose of extinguishing fires and protecting life and property of all who reside in the community, those of the surrounding communities, as well as the people that pass through the communities of the Mid Mon-Valley in Southwestern Pennsylvania.

The time is coming up for our annual joint Trivia Nite fundraiser between the Stockdale Fire Department and the RESA Regional Police! Get a team together and enter it to test your knowledge amongst other teams! Last year we had over 30 teams and it was a blast! Refreshments will be provided and you can also byob if you choose.

With the upcoming potential snow storm, we are asking for some help
Stockdale Fire Dept, January 04
If you have a fire hydrant near your home, or if you’re out and about helping neighbors shovel out their driveways, please consider clearing out the fire hydrants. Snow should be removed roughly 3 feet in all directions around the hydrants, so that if there’s an emergency and a hydrant is needed, we can have quick access to them.... (Full Story & Photos)

Just a reminder, ours and Roscoe VFC ‘s annual Santa parade will start at 2pm in Elco and we will make our way to Allenport. The parade route will be as follows:
Elco: Parade will start at the Raymond E. Kennedy Baseball Field on First Ave. First Ave to Wood St, Wood St to Roscoe Borough line on Garfield St.
Roscoe: Garfield to Good St. Good St to Underwood Ave. Underwood Ave to Main St. Main ... (Full Story & Photos)
